The procedure for the purchase of electricity to cover losses in the transmission network No. 127/2022 Services code NL Hourly Profile and No.128/2022 Services code NL Band Profile, are not valid due to non-fulfillment of the number of bidders, conform article 15, of Decision no. 103, dated 23.06.2016. In this procedure participated no one market participant. based on ERE Decision no.103 as above the tender process is not valid.
